I was pissed when they shut down Lawry's. Had some excellent times there partying in the upstairs private dining room. Plus they had the best prime rib this side of the moon.
Nobody gives a shit about where you live. You don't need to prove anything. My mother grew up on the west side around Lake and Laramie and now I wouldn't even set foot in that neighborhood. My father was from Chillicothe and the family eventually wound up in Peoria.
Things change. I live in Bridgeview now but grew up in Justice. I could give you the address of our stadium but I don't think it would make a difference.
