IMO Ken would be a fool to "jump-the-gun" with a PR before he is officially an "officer, director or control person" of the shell that is PLPL. That means him having access to PLPL's "back office" on OTC which gives him (or whoever the new CEO shall be) the authority to make announcements thru OTC's "news" portal as well as upload official disclosures and financials. He should also update the "company profile" to include a new "business description," contact info, a list of officers and directors etc. I suspect Tad Mailander may remain on the team since he seems to be the only one with experience with required filings.
Also, there will also need to be changes submitted to the Nevada SOS.
Lastly, the new team will need to sign on and agree to whatever compensation they're offered (stock, salaries etc).
