I 100% agree. This is the next big thing. I dont think ROP is going to move forward with their remand if we get a hung jury here.

A ROP play will depend if Mr. Humes continues the fight if there is a hung jury and wins. The odds are stacked against both if we get a hung jury or lose here.

Then there is a possible SCOTUS play.

Barring anything big coming from the fhfa legality issue, these 3 or 4 lawsuits are it goobers....go figure
