avoiding dilution by having 130m class b warrants expire on feb13, 2023 is the current milestone that has to be passed for a deal to happen? but i thought all of these warrants were dissolved when the hc wainwright financing was disallowed by NYSE due to the share price being too low to qualify by NYSE rules? so what you're saying is that everything is teed up for valentine's day 2023 (is that the last hurdle?)?
