There can be plenty more of excuses and he has plenty who will give him passes on it. Its too bad as they are only hurting themselves by doing so. What your saying is he should not be entitled to any more.
What do you think has changed now, that will make a difference in the next 30 to 60 days ? Why by getting what he called a rubber stamp release sign off, change things as far as deliveries.? What I am saying is that I don't see that this was holding back anything really, as far as getting orders, investors. He even said it himself, it was just a formality and he said things were moving ahead regardless when the receiver certificate was going to be signed off.
If there is no payoff its because he made mistakes and his ego got in the way. If there is some payoff with big things that happen, than he will have pulled off something that I had concerns would not happen. And if that happens, np I'll eat crow.
What he really needs now is for the Regulation A to be approved and then get investors. My gut tells me he is hurting financially.
