Kurt has provided the solution some time ago. As a shareholder in a private company I would think you have rights under the bylaws of their nevada incorporation which squires has just blown off like everything else until someone challenges him and drags him in front of the authorities. I would think that time is well past due.

Old shareholders irrelevant to Skwyerz. He and the BOD already diluted them to nothingness with toxic debt. Old shareholders really getting played by insiders bullshitting the scammed shareholders, old and new, into believing the toxic debt machine is a real company.

The toxic debt holders have astronomically more shares than the old shareholders and those suckers will soon discover this scam is worthless with far more invested. They are getting played too.
