More recently I didnt say they paid Sonny directly but his program, which Zimmer has used in past for research work on trabecular metal.

1. Q1'17. Milestone occurs in development of a Si3N4 hip implant that Sonny is developing using Sintx & Zimmer Biomet IP.

2. Q2'17 -Zimmer pays $2.5m milestone payment

3. Q3'17 - Sonnys investment firm loans Sintx the exact same amount, $2.5m. Why not more as Sintx could have used it? Thats a significant coincidence.

Theres proof of payment and indirect proof of receipt of payment right there.
The bridge is Sonnys program at Missouri S&T which is developing hip & Knee implants using Si3N4. Since the Japan testing site works with Sonnys program that means hes developing hip/knee implants utilizing Zimmer Biomet IP. So his program could receive the funds and then loan those funds to Sintx at good ROI for the program.

I do not have a copy of the check or fund transfer to prove beyond all shadow of doubt Sonnys program at Missouri S&T received those funds. Only proof of milestone, proof of program, proof of payment, proof of loan for the same amount.
