That doesn't explain his timing nor his knowing to dump with the results. Hed have to be intimately familiar with the company for that...unless tipped off.
Why would I tip off the SEC about him making a quick buck? I dont care about that specifically. I care about SINTs manipulation only. I'm merely establishing a pattern.
His investment into Interpace looks odd, like he took a hit on purpose to throw off anyone looking. He bought before news of delay in 10-Q and sold close to bottom with news of nasdaq delisting. Nothing substantial. But those initial delisting notices mean nothing. Later they are a problem if company isnt able to meet condition needed.
