Mitch McConnell has stated that he supports Ukraine, but being a Republican who sabotage the Supreme Court, I would not trust the son of a bitch.
Always learned in life that McConnell cannot be trusted. As for Republicans taking over both houses of Congress, yes that is a possibility. Republicans do not care about democracy, or even freedom around the world.
They would probably stop supplying Ukraine with military equipment, and Russia would have a better chance of winning this slow war. Once Ukraine goes, Russia might not want to go further, at this time, but NATO would have to take steps to fortify the area.
Trump always supported Russia, and if the Republicans do win next week, Trump will pressure republicans to pull back from Ukraine.
