I play the same game with Comcast. 80 bucks a month for internet access is insanity and I got it dropped back to 40 which is still too much .. It's just a pain in the ass. I hate playing phone tag.

I called them and got the same deal you did. Didn't even have to drop your name lol. It's just ridiculous that the hoops we need to jump through for this shit. I have a Wa Post account too so I'm monitoring that now as well.
