OK, lots of replies but only one actually answered. That is between a couple of usual hate filled rants.
The CHIP Bill is a good start. Unfortunately, Piglosi had to try and ruin it with her "pillow talk" with Paul. And since it was signed the chip stocks have tanked, just like the rest of the market. PACT Act is hopefully good if the Dems don't screw it up. Anything for our Veterans is good.
Inflation Reduction Act is a joke. It is loaded with pork and increases our inflation. Wall Street Journal states that it won't reduce inflation (Steven Miran July 31 2022). 230 economists warn it will full inflation (Jaime Redman From Bitcoin.com 8/5/22). There re more but, sorry, I don't know how to add links. I'm not on the computer that much, I have a life with real people.
Fight Inflation?? Inflation is at a 40 year high. 2.9 under the previous administration, 8.4 under the Biden regime.
Lowers energy costs? That all speculation that some economists have debunked. See above..
Health care premiums? Just like the Affordable Health Care Act, like Piglosi said, he will have to see what is in it after it voted into law.
Oh a side note about the great AHCA,ever since it was signed into law instead of my company paying the brunt of my healthcare I now have higher premiums and copays because the law now states that companies don't have to pay as much for my family's plan. That works out great for workers. Same with my sons company plan.
Lower taxes on middle class and making companies and rich pay more?? What a joke. I've heard that from every single politician that has ever run, both Republicans and Democrats. Same with any infrastructure bill.
