It makes complete sense. Objectives can be achieved by different methods.
The objective is to reduce or eliminate CO2.
Each new method brought on creates competition. Competition reduces the chance of all by its very nature to dominate a market.
Example: One sale using the BCEES or Pond's Technology's method is one less sale for FCEL All 3 reduce CO2. DIFFERENT METHODS!
That's what goes on every day in business and FCEL is subject to it and no exception
