You mean the PIPE financing fraud thing ? Maybe but I don't think FNRP was ever involved in that. FNRP was and still is a shell company which Sandy got hold of somehow to use as a dividend spinoff to get people to buy into GXXL another worthless company. Time will tell, but always look forward to the fraudsters finally getting caught. It wouldn't surprise me if someday someone taps on Sandy's shoulder and says hey WTF. IMO.
