Does it? All the time Sierra20? Can you give me a couple tickers that this has happened to. A delay with a 45 day extension, then another delay with no extension date. To say it's going to happen because it's happen before is well... There is a greater than 50% chance imo this merger doesn't take place. There is more going on behind the scenes. The fact Remo has asked for the delay speaks volumes imo!
