When you go to a restaurant, do you "ask" that the food be cooked? Or, when you order a hamburger, will they serve it uncooked unless you ask for it cooked?

When you buy a new car, do you have to ask the dealer if it will run? Or can you assume it will run?

When you go to the doctor, do you "ask" him to make you well? Are you going to the doctor assuming he will make you sicker?

"Reasonable expectations". Is it reasonable that, if you prove someone stole from you, that property be returned?

Not "everything" is written down in black and white. We have reasonable expectations when we buy a car, go to a restaurant, get on a bus, or a plane, or to court.
(You mean you expect this airplane to actually fly you to your destination? Uhh..Yea, that was a reasonable expectation of buying a plane ticket, but the ticket does not guarantee the plane will fly to your destination in writing)
