Kips Bay is probably adding to the 45 MILLION pile they have accumulated. I won’t be shocked they have over 50 -60 million stashed away now. They went from 21 million shares to 45 million shares in total silence. BTW, congrats to them. A unbelievable wealth producer for them if expected positive events take place.
