He didn't say the SS "had changed"..he said "Billions more to dump".. over 3 billion remaining in the A/S. Presumably if these guys want to raise funds to pay for construction/ conversions of hotels they're gonna have to issue those shares. That's the whole point of going public ...yeah well apart from the "status" as someone argued..lol
