I hope the company extracts ordinal scale 5 patient treatment outcomes from the ACTIV-5 trial, and uses that data in an amended EUA application.

They should refuse to recognize the data from ACTIV-5's patients in ordinal scales 6 and 7. We don't own that. In fact, the company actually recommends toci and dexamethasone for late stage treatment, while recognizing that those drugs are actually harmful if administered earlier.
