The only damage model that was left is the 1.6B in damages.

It amazes me that people think the lawyers are asking for 1.6B in damages. The lawyers aren't asking for anything. The Plaintiffs are asking for 1.6B in damages. The lawyer's job is to do what the Plaintiffs ask. It's that simple.
