Last I remember from a prior video, someone asked about share reduction and he skirted the issue. Talked about key voters being scattered across the world and that BMXI needed capital to operate. May be he will give some clarity on A/S reduction this time around. The filing everyone wants to see sure is elusive. A/S reduction and filing done and this stock can move fast. imho
