Probably the entire block(7,495,254 shs) will be sold by an underwriter at a price below the market and all sold in one day. The price slightly below market will be so the brokers can entice buyers. Also, the buyer will have no commission to pay as that is being paid by UWNK. Another incentive to buy. The selling commission is also being paid by UWNK.
