USAP so long as they dont break their loan covenants.. I think their fixed charge coverage ratio has to be, or maybe average over a few quarters, at least 1.1 to 1.0. Or something like that.
As for properties, maybe a sale leaseback.. I am not sure...

The Bridgeville facility contains melting, remelting, conditioning, rolling, annealing, testing and various other processing equipment. Substantially all products shipped from the Bridgeville facility are processed through its melt shop and universal rolling mill operations.
We own our North Jackson, Ohio facility, which consists of approximately 257,000 square feet of floor space on approximately 110 acres.
