That's true, but it's still a bit vague. I see your point though. To me, as you pointed out 12-ish days ago, the most intriguing news was when Ken posted his excitement about the LOI on his Linked In page. That was a big moment IMO...

One thing I thought was odd was bringing up NYSE - that reeked of putting the cart before the horse by a mile, but still, the guy has big plans, as we've seen from the DD here with the various videos on the business model.
