Resurrected where? Nobody can sell you shares. It is still a legal security and with a suspended cusip, they can not legally change hands. Unfortunately, there is no tradeable market for them.
There is no chance for any further activity, and the mental stretching you have to do to believe there is any evidence of “resurrection” makes the comment extreme bad faith.
