Could be. I was under the impression, very possibly incorrectly so, that SNPW was much closer to the final part of the financing. Just didn't walk away with that opinion after reading the release. Then again, haven't followed it that closely. PS Have the details of the signed agreement with Pt. Idn Solar Tech been disclosed - ownership stake, revenue sharing etc?
