Sounds like SNPW has contracted with a third party to help secure fininacing.

My take was that SNPW was closer to closing financing based on their 7/24 tweet (below). Thought we were waiting for the last piece of financing. Also thought we were much closer based on their 9/7 tweet regarding pre orders (below)
