Does Tolley know Eddie's announced they are MARIJUANA players and not resellers of simple "home grown veggie" hydroponic systems? I would be afraid some scoundrels would presume the Tolley's are growing danky stank weed in that garage of theirs and try to liberate it. Does NC even have an MJ licensed growers program? If so, are they licensed?

BTW-- the this photo on Realscam shows the corner of a large sign for "Green Light." In the lower right you'll see a circle (R) indicating it's a registered trademark. I had no luck finding it. Was that an effort to deceive as well?

Mark H. Cheung posted another opinion for SUTI on 2/14/2022 covering periods ending Dec 2019 (Annual Report) thru Q3 2021. Despite doing so, SUTI never achieved PINK CURRENT status.

On SUTI's OTC "company profile" Eddie names no less than THREE people as "Securities Counsel" --Leinwand, Faulkner and Kogan-- yet he taps Cheung for these letters?

Cheung is CEO/ CFO/ President/ Secretary of SC*NA which is also a YIELD "shell risk" ticker. He prepares and signs the disclosures... then writes the opinion on it. Conflict of interest???

Young couple operating a home-based business selling small LED grow systems they apparently buy from someone else. Eddie "acquires" THIS and it's gonna make investors RICH??? I mean, I can see cutting a deal with a manufacturer or importer... but how is taking a cut of of the commission a small reseller makes going to amount to anything?

Where's the specifics? Where's the quotes from acquired owners saying how excited they are?

Typical lying PR pump that fell flat.
