Everything about the annual disclosure statement (for the period ending January 31, 2022 but not uploaded to OTC Markets until June 14, 2022) is indicative of:
* How lazy Eddie is. Clearly he took a disclosure from the 2006 to 2008 or 2009 timeframe and just copied/pasted everything. The disclosure mentions a lease obligation for a UK office for the years 2010 through 2012. He could have taken a couple of hours to update the 10 year old disclosure to make it seem at least somewhat credible. Nah, too busy uncorking.
* How out of it Simon Kogan is. I think a "Proof of Life" showing that SK is still alive would be appropriate.
* How disclosures to OTC Markets have ZERO value.
