Commingling business and personal funds is dynamite. Tax issues abound. It makes it easy for anyone suing to pierce the corporate veil and go after one personally. And for those that take it far enough..... jail.

How is Eddie Vakser ever going to explain his 2 billion in art that he claims is owned by numerous entities depending on what lie-filled press release one is reading? How is he going to explain all the stock and salary he has awarded himself? How is he going to explain using his personal funds to pay business expenses and legal fees? How is going to explain his bragging of acquisitions of companies when his company making the acquisition has no assets, no money and no operations to fund it?

Eddie Vakser is going to get nailed by civil suits, the IRS and/or law enforcement and really see the iron hand of justice with the way the runs his 7 scam tickers! He is just begging to get caught!
