Clinton will always be the dawn of the internet, it revolutionized everything, Bush will be his handling of 9-11, and his failures in going to Iraq, and the financial meltdown. Obama will be about being the first black president, and calmly handling so challenges, but healthcare is his legacy.
If Biden died tomorrow, off of his Covid vax rollout, the Infrastructure Bill, the Chip Bill, the The PACT Act that expands VA health care and benefits for Veterans exposed to burn pits and other toxic substances and the Inflation Reduction Act, he would rank no worse than just behind Clinton and ahead of U.S Grant.
