Nils is definitely savvy as F at building a ROCK SOLID global mining company that's already driving phenomenal net income but he definitely needs to start expanding the BOD and let the new BOD additions launch an advisory board that can clean up the capital structure and take this still burgeoning story to the street spot on Z buddy:)
