aviation will support high valuations RD, as we are not risking airline management... Income is from financing / Leasing the aircraft and taking cut in traffic routes...and owning sweat equity in 16% seats which intrinsic capital value we spread over 30 years.
Gold and Food Carts cover deep income and trading opportunity... and Farming income takes the next position...I have not included food carts as of now..

RD To me this looks reassuring. I have the impression that ITUP has a lot of experience with gold. The others are more of pioneering ventures if I have not misunderstood.
