RMO shareholders will soon be converted to NKLA shareholders as described in the recent news here. I am pleased with the swap as RMO would have ended up delisted from the NYSE for trading too long under the $1 level but that will no longer be an issue after the conversion. I think the combined companies will work very well together and deliver higher shareholder value going forward.
