What is absurd is not believing converted shares were not dumped.
The facts support that if one reads the fins.

You seriously need to look closer at the changes in his shareholdings. The amount of Pref B he had drops and his common share ownership increases as a result of the conversions.

At one point he held over 60,000,000 common shares as a result….

And then he had NONE.

All told he sold 112,000,000 shares…when you calculate the total number of conversions he did.
