with around 33M shares outstanding I think it is a tight float. According to Yahoo finance the shares held by insiders and institutions is around 30% https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/SEV.V/holders?p=SEV.V

Some of the people here seem to also have a big position so I wouldn't be surprised as there is a good chunk of retail that is going for the long term

The share price moves on small volumes. Unfortunately its going down by the lack of news (and communication IMO) and expectations in DC market that were not met so far. But a positive NR can move the needle really quick
