Military and Govt Agencies like Homeland Security are notorious slow payers. I don't have any real world experience with Govt contracts just word of mouth. From what I know I wouldn't expect to see any revenues from these contracts until Q3. We don't have enough information on how these contracts were structured to predict revenues. On the plus side I was reading an article in Wired Magazine about Homeland Security they have a budget of $49.9 billion but much of the funds are tangled in red tape. You have all these ex DOD and CIA directors rushing to found IPO companies to cherry pick these funds. They are just shells waiting to acquire anything that looks promising. Good article it is a little old though Dec. 2005. I have this primal fear that if RP doesn't look out someone will acquire TKO and leave us shareholders twisting in the wind...
