Their goal is to bring it current by december. But this company has gone thru things and delays in the past that I can't say for sure if they will. I followed the company for years and had about 2million shares above the price of pennies before the company said something like the use of the STHC shell is remote and more likely not possible than possible as the merger never completed for some reason though most investors including myself thought it already happened and the company tanked from 6 or 7 cents to sub penny after 1 tweet. It was a sad day for my profolio
It’s very difficult expensive and time consuming to get off of the grey market !! Not impossible but it take lots of cooperation of the old parties and all kinds of red tape . That being said I think it’s possible and I think it will happen but don’t know if Dec is a realistic goal !
