One example is Mark Grado from December to July sold a whopping 132,130,000 common shares that were converted from preferred B. So he made somewhere between $9,000,000 and and $20,000,000.... minimal.

Really? Who would know who sold when? I said “in aggregate.” I am not even sure Brian would know that detail.

BUT…the Perf B holders, in aggregate, have cashed in over $50 million in stock since Dec 2021…during which the stock price has declined by over 98%.
