Do you have a way to better define this filing that is detailed? I’m looking for any kind of opinions on this regarding details. This filing is a big and covers a whole lot-

And this doesn’t resemble anything they have done so far IMO.

Actually- not “IMO” the full SEC filing history is on the SECs website. They have never done anything remotely like this (My reference https://sec.report/Ticker/SSOF )
This filing is extremely detailed

I would like others with knowledge of REG A While ticker is still trading shares on the market- to chime in.

from my experience REG A investors are crazy AF. One of the reasons- is that you can use credit cards to purchase Reg A shares on platforms like StartEngine. I’m in a Facebook investor group for Boxbl- those guys are insane using credit cards to buy shares like there is no tomorrow- a dangerous move and I could see regulators stepping in - in the future- but for now , as far as raising capital for startups and small companies- REG A has an edge big time with the credit card thing. I actually used my AMEX charge card on startengine to pay for my Boxbl shares.

If SSOF can get on Startengine, it will be a huge boost.

By the way- that’s not what that says- the Reg A shares close September of 2023- therefore they won’t hit the tape until after the offering closes

What I’m looking for is Reg A purchaser restrictions
- those 10 billion will be sold outside of the open market…but the way it works is that you don’t get the shares unless they meet certain goals(or your money is refunded).

My Boxbl shares closed last month and there is still not information on restrictions yet or when I can sell them.-
What that means is that the earliest those shares can hit the tape is September 2023 next year…. However, based on my limited experience with probably one of the biggest Reg A Deals in history- those shares that people buy Reg A might not hit the tape until 2024.

Boxbl closed last month September 2022- and folks are anticipating an IPO 1-3 years for now on that Reg A

What I don’t understand is how they intend on merging an actively trading ticker with the REG A shares after September 2023. What does the price end up at?

When I had DSP( direct share program) pre IPO Rivian shares - I got them at a price of $70 dollars. Just 1-2 days prior the IPO price was set to be $40 some odd bucks- when rivian IPOed it opened at like $100 bucks and went to $170 in 5 trading days. Sold all the day options turned on for a huge 1 week profit-

The point of this statement is that even with defined prices by the SEC filings- apparently, in the end it’s just a guess that’s probably going to change
