every pink i encounter says they are working the audited f/s...she has given a date certain of March 31 or before if I recollect....hopefully it won't have the same meaning as a date certain which I remember only too well.

These are simple questions...why are they not answering them or being asked by people who have access to the company?

Maria is absolutely correct. She should be concentrating on the audited financials. Everything else will fall in place once there is transparency through the financials instead of just a bunch of idiots here (including me) speculating.
