aggregate of $2,275,000.00 in shares of common stock and cash over a three-year earnout period based on certain
business objectives, with certain equity incentives for continued equity value appreciation, revenue growth levels and
technology development milestones. Through this drone technology platform, Cyberlux Corporation intends to build the
technology and production capability to create ongoing growth in revenue, profit, and shareholder value. Cyberlux
anticipates making future cash investments for ongoing product development and working capital for business expansion.
