Did GS offer Calasse a settlement before the motion to cancel?

If he did leaving this information out and then saying signing a document to the court no foreseeable legal issue in the cancellation, could be considered willful

Sharp has done this before and in two cases he was denied Custodianship because of providing the court with misleading information.

This is exactly what he is doing this time.

The only pinkyland wishful thinking is from the Sharp true believers.
