Likely correct. That said, here's a question...wouldn't a jury full of people who either work for the government, have worked for the government, or have spouses/significant others working for government be tantamount to nullification as it pertains to the plaintiffs? More bad lawyering not seeking a change of venue.
As much as I want this whole saga exposed, regardless of what happens in court I fear it will remain the best kept secret ever. I sincerely hope that the trial begins on schedule (I don't believe it will), and I also hope you are able to attend and bring real time updates and your constant ability to make saliant facts jump off the page.
