Do we know if they have any revenues at this point with any of the operations they have going on? Or is it the plan on going public to get the funding available to ramp up these operations? They are obviously spending money exploring and such...

I'm reading it differently. They intend to bring Southcorp current by December, but per the website timeline the actual merger is sometime in the April/May timeframe.
