Noticed a little buying on JCTCF since this filing late yesterday-

But I'm not sure why? Looks like this Oregon Community Foundation gifted 12,000 shares. And it was dated 5/20/22. Weird.

The bullish Seeking Alpha article by the former JCTCF CFO mentioned how he thought the company might purchase the 1M+ shares owned by the Oregon Community Foundation. Which would obviously be very accretive to EPS. Does yesterday's filing somehow support that notion? Only thing I can think of as to why the filing might be a positive development.
