Ok, sample materials does not equal production. Production is when I can go to Hobby Lobby or Anne's Fabrics, or Kings clothing store or Pick-A-Business, and find actual material that the consumer can put their hands on, not some swatches sent to a potential investor. I'm talking about the "metric tons" promised years ago.
