There were folks that came & went. HF jumped on and bailed.
Imparting the NPV to a jury & Lamberth will be tricky.
FNMA was $60 in 2007, $6 in 2008, $.25 after c-ship announced. Like a company ready for BK.
Not sure what it was in Aug. 2012 nor the JPS.
Silly though to use any of those prices for damages. C and BoA etc. were pennies on the dollar, too.
