That is a key statement, "...or when Kim and John decide to release news..."
If the duh-namic duo would ever release news that has any real info or transparency (which they almost never do) the share price would be far higher, because the market would have faith that success was near (and possible).
All they release is heavily-veiled innuendo draped in lawyer-speak to cover their arses when they inevitably don't do what they strongly suggested they were going to do. Kim is the Houdini of PRs...always leaving himself with several ways to escape accountability.
