Have you thought about adding orange farming to the mix? The soil is so much more valuable (per acre) than for rice. IMO.

Is orange farming profitable in India?
Farmers make a profit of Rs3-5 lakh per acre when the crop and the rate are good. Oranges thrive well in sub-tropical climate. In India, orange farmers take two crops a year. Some take a winter crop and others in summer.

You should be able to do the math, and compare with the yield of rice...

Can orange be grown in India?
Important mandarin orange varieties cultivated in India are Ngapur Santra, Coorg Santra, Khasi Santra, Mudkhed, Shringar, Butwal, Dancy, Kara (Abohar), SZ-IN-COM, Darjeeling Mandarin, Sumithra mandarin, Seedless-182 and Kinnow mandarin.

"Digitizing WM Products is a very explosive and untouched opportunity especially non-conventional WM Assets ..." I have devoted a bit of thinking to the subject of digitizing Wm products. To me it seems convincing that it may be of special attraction as far as non-conventional WM products are concerned. I would also guess that it is of more interest when it comes to products that young people are interested in than products old people are interested in. The reason is that people have to be digitally quite competent to invest while using the novel technologies that are involved - (block-chain).
Let's take a hotel. It may be organised as a public company and people may buy and sell shares/stocks to get or get rid of a stake in the hotel. This is what middle-aged and older people are used to. It is quite convenient to do it in my view. Or the hotel may be digitized so that one room is one unit or a fraction of one room is a unit. Perhaps this seems more attractive to young people? But I see a number of challenges. How will the buyers of a unit know how much that unit is worth and how the price changes from day to day? How will the investors know how well the hotel or that particular unit is doing? Will the prices of the units remain stable or fluctuate a good deal in an haphazard manner? I wonder if these questions have been pondered and analysed a good deal qhen it comes to the coming WM activities.
