Question, i’ve seen comments from judges in the past that this should be a takings case. Is anyone arguing that the 3rd amendment is an illegal takings, not that it is an amendment that was agreed upon by a illegitimate fhfa director and should be stricken….Or the whole conservatorship itself was an illegal takings?
